As we recover from the pandemic, we need to focus on Chatham's children and their parents and caregivers to make sure the Chatham we are rebuilding together is one where children and families thrive.

Chatham Early Childhood Community Needs Assessment

Alongside our Community Partners, Chatham County Partnership for Children has launched an Early Childhood Community Needs Assessment that will shape an Early Childhood Action Plan for Chatham grounded in the perspectives of real members of our community.

We need your help to complete this assessment!
We cannot do this without you, our community! We want to hear YOUR voices, and to understand your challenges, needs, aspirations, and priorities so that we can make plans that serve YOU.

If you are a parent of a child ages 0 to 5, or expecting a child, or if you are a child care provider or early childhood teacher, we want to hear from you!  Click below to learn more about how you can participate in our Needs Assessment through a survey, interview, or focus group.

Parent & Caregiver Survey

Thank you to the more than 300 Chatham parents and caregivers of children ages 0 to 5 who participated in the survey!

We appreciate your willingness to share your experience and views on Early Child Care in Chatham Count

THE SURVEY IS NOW CLOSED

Early Childhood Action Plan

Chatham County Partnership for Children will be basing our Chatham Early Childhood Action Plan, or ECAP, on the results of our Community Needs Assessment.  The ECAP will be grounded in the real needs of Chatham children and their parents and caregivers.  Please click below to learn more about the Chatham County's Early Childhood Action Plan framework!
